Terms & Conditions for the SUBI “Own a Full Look” Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to residents aged 18 and over who follow @subirunning on Instagram.

• Employees of SUBI, their immediate families, and anyone directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must follow @subirunning, like the giveaway post, and tag at least one other Instagram user in the comments.

• Sharing the post to an Instagram story counts as an additional entry.

• Entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, 16th November 2024.

3. Selection of Winners:

• Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on Monday, 17th November 2024.

• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, SUBI reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4. Prize:

• Each winner will receive a full SUBI look, consisting of one (1) jacket, one (1) T-shirt, and one (1) pair of shorts, with items chosen by the winner from the current collection on subi-running.com.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SUBI reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

5. Rights and Permissions:

• By entering, participants grant SUBI permission to use their entry (including comments and tagged accounts) for promotional purposes.

• Winners may be requested to provide additional images or testimonials, which SUBI may use across its marketing channels.

6. Liability:

• SUBI is not responsible for any technical issues affecting entry submissions, nor for any unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

• By participating, entrants agree to release SUBI from any liability related to this giveaway, except where prohibited by law.

7. Privacy:

• Personal data collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of contacting winners and delivering prizes, in accordance with SUBI’s privacy policy.

8. General:

• SUBI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
