Return Policy
SUBI strives to provide the best products and service to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us, or for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be sent back to you.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
All sale orders are final.

We do not offer exchanges, at this time, unfortunately.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will review the item(s) and if approved we will process a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) back to your original payment method. Please allow for 7-10 business days before the refund amount is reflected in your account. We will email you when the refund is issued.
