Shipping Policy

We aim to process same-day orders before 2pm GMT. For all orders after 2pm GMT, we will aim to ship the following business day. While we aim to meet these times, these are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping times are per the table below:

Other EU countries include: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

RoW countries include: Australia, Canada, South Korea, Singapore, Japan and New Zealand.

Duties and Taxes

EU
For all orders shipped to EU countries, Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the purchase price and is remitted by SUBI under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. As the importer of record, you will not be required to pay additional VAT or customs duties upon delivery, provided the total value of your order does not exceed €150.

For orders over €150, the recipient will be responsible for paying applicable VAT, customs duties and handling fees upon delivery as determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

US
We cover all duties & taxes on US orders.

UK
Duties and taxes do not apply.

Other Rest of World
Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

SUBI cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any delivery instructions left for the courier.
