SUBI strives to provide the best products and service to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.

Starting a Return 

To start and log your return email the following details to support@subi-running.com :

• Order Number
• Items you wish to return
• A short reason for your return

The Process 

Once we receive your request, we will verify that the return complies with our 14-day policy from the date your order was delivered. Upon confirmation, please send the item(s) back to our warehouse at the following address:

Important Notes:

• Returns must have "Huboo Ref 14012" quoted.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return, as well as the risk of loss or damage during transit.
• Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to you.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping method.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, at this time, unfortunately.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will review the item(s) and if approved we will process a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) back to your original payment method. Please allow for 7-10 business days before the refund amount is reflected in your account. We will email you when the refund is issued.
