1. Orders
When will my order ship?
We aim to process same-day orders before 2pm GMT. For all orders after 2pm GMT, we will aim to ship the following business day. While we aim to meet these times, these are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

How do I check the status of my order?
Please use the tracking link sent via email for the most up to date status of your order. Alternatively, you can visit your account log-in page on subi-running.com where you will be able to review your order status.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once you place your order, we cannot guarantee that you can cancel or amend your order. Should you wish to cancel or amend an order before being processed please email support@subi-running.com.
Why is my order showing as unfulfilled?
This means your order has not yet been picked and packed by the warehouse. There is nothing wrong. You will receive shipment confirmation as soon as possible, sent to your email and accessible through your account log-in.
Courier attempted delivery but I was not home. What should I do?
Please arrange for redelivery at your earliest convenience. Please be aware that should the courier return the parcel back to our warehouses, we will be unable to arrange for redelivery.
My order is delivered but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
It might be possible that your courier had attempted delivery but no one was there to receive the package. Please check that the courier had given your package to a neighbour to receive on your behalf or placed in a safe location at your request. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us at support@subi-running.com.
I am missing products from my order. What should I do?
Please reach out to us at support@subi-running.com with the following information and we will attempt to resolve this for you:
- Order number
- Details of missing item
- Invoice associated with the order
I cancelled my order but the charge is still showing up. Why is this happening?
Please allow for up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

We currently only ship to the UK and US.
We endeavour to ship to more countries and regions in the future.

SUBI cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any delivery instructions left for the courier.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
SUBI strives to provide the best products and service to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us, or for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be sent back to you.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Do you charge for returns?
No we do not charge for returns.
Have you received my returned items?
You can track your return using the tracking link provided. Once we have processed your return, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Please allow for 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your account. We will send you an email upon confirmation.
Can I exchange products?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
3. Shipping and Duties
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only offer shipment to UK and US. We are working hard to increase the number of countries we ship to.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes

Are customs and duties included for orders shipping to the US?
Yes, payment for duties all orders under $800 to the US are paid for.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard)
and PayPal.
My payment won’t process what do I do?
We suggest you contact your bank or card issuer for
assistance.
